SYMPOSIUM

Early this year Mattias decided that it was time that Compass started to produce some seasonal beers. With summer in mind he started to explore some interesting flavour combinations. Having had some ginger beer over Christmas this flavour was fresh in his mind and so trial brewing and tasting started.

With a general release Saturday 18th June, this bottle conditioned cloudy wheat beer brewed with fresh ginger and hand squeezed fresh lemons will be able to cool you down this summer.

Symposium takes it name from the ancient Greek for ‘to drink together’, which is exactly what how this thirst-quenching tipple should be enjoyed.

So dust off the sombrero, fire up the barbie, ice the Symposium and get ready for summer.
